After having improved massively with SLs like the footballer abuse SL, the right wing extremist one, the depression SL with Darren and Kyle, and having had a promising start to the County Lines one, the latter SL is now gradually slipping more and more in quality. Becoming more and more stupid. It was a bad enough idea that Juliet by telling Jordan she was followed, and therefore the ones doing that had to be the one/s to snitch on him. Had she done that, she would indirectly have accused Jordan of having snitched on her, since she was being followed so soon after Jordan was released on technicality (or the fact he had given the police the information they wanted). But when in today`s episode Jordan tells Juliet he knew she wasn`t followed cause he has a mate in the rival crew, than the stupidity becomes unbelievable. Cause a rival drug gang member who wouldn`t lie if that gang planned to invade the territory of a competitor, is not very believable. Not to mention that it could have been a new rival gang Jordan wasn`t aware of that followed Juliet. Either way the only way for Jordan to prove Juliet had lied to him, would have been to shadow her, discover no one was following her, and then ask her if she still was being followed - and if she said yes, he would have known she was lying. So unfortunately the County Lines SL is starting to become as ridiculous and poor in quality as the Tony, Diane and Edward SL, Celeste and Toby`s revenge plan and hard to believe past. Even George is becoming hard to find plausible with his behavior these days. Many seems to think there is an abusive relationship SL in the making. I just hope not - bad cops is a cliché Hollyoaks has used too often over many years. Especially if George, as some has suggested, is one of the crooks of the drug gang. Cause it makes no sense, had he been working for them, he would have arrested Jordan and seized the drugs, that way bringing the police attention to both Jordan and the fact large quantities of drugs were in circulation in Hollyoaks village, which would both have made it harder for the drug gang, and more risky for George self, than when the police had no idea of who the drug dealers were. Not only that, but he also arrested Juliet at the school, when he caught her with drugs. Had he been working for the drug gang, logic dictates he instead would have warned them not to have any product on the school that day. So the fact he acted against the gang`s interests twice, in my eyes, makes him very unlikely to be cooperating with the drug gang.

I think it's just more of the heterosexual writers/producers trying to write a gay character and make it "make sense" to the average heterosexual viewer by showing that the gay character "tried it" with the opposite sex so now they're "sure about it". ***eye roll*** Seriously. Other than Scott, I can't think of a single major gay character on this show who HASN'T been with the opposite sex at some point - and half of them even made babies from said escapades.
