That's a great knowledge but about identifyy their copyrighting system is not good because according to their terms and condition if you want to takedown you beat from identifyy they don't let you do that until maturity period which is 3 years agreement. So this is little knowlegde because i have faced this problem because i didn't read their terms and condition mojority of people don't read either.

For claim to dcmc you need to have the copyright of the track, otherwise thtaa will not work. The only way to protect yourself is copyrighting your music.

A remix artiste by the name of Klinoff got his video called bad piggies drip stolen and the first result you see for it is the stolen video. Basically on the stolen video, the reuploader originally gave credit to Klinoff in the description but after it surpassed 1mil views he removed the credit and lied about making it himself, ultimately getting Klinoff's entire channel deleted. Some negative (almost all) reviews on identifyy which someone are making the beat [with proper license and permission] are reported have their account taken down for no reasons [even US!] The consumer support are responsive in first place [during signup], but later if your account is on problem and need their attention, they ignoring and terminates the account. after this, if you logging in. The website will show the banned message [Sorry, you are not authorized to perform this action] and [Your email or IP address is banned]. They keep ignore your email whatever it is, their phone number only voice message and the one of the facebook page phone number is fake. Risk using identifyy are high, we recommend to see other platform and avoid HAAWK and identifyy at all cost

True. But everything has to go in accordance to the law. The first thing to do is approach the person who stole your beats and try to work something out. If he ignores you or hesitates, then that's the time to take legal actions.
