I remember listening to BJ Thomas singing in a tent at a fairground. People walking by as if they didn't know him. I stopped and listened. I felt sorry for him. Such a great voice. He should have been in a concert hall. Must have been tough times for him. I'm glad he recovered.

Although a heart attack killed Les Gray, he also had cancer. His Mud bandmate Dave Mount took his own life.
