Actually here in Alabama I have a home valued at 150,000. It’s a two bedroom bath and a half with a sunroom and an acre of land giveo or take a few feet. I have a full basement with a bedroom downstairs and the plumbing already in for another bathroom but I don’t need it. So I guess it’s just where you want to live and how fancy you want the house
