but County Comissioners want to keep raising taxes for frivolous spending and personal raises. However, every county agency is bleeding. Emergency services in Wake County is dangerously understaffed. And it’s why they have retention issues. Who wants to be underpaid and overworked? When a high school football player with a compound fracture has to be transported to hospital by parents in one of the richest municipalities in America… something is wrong. Wake County services are mis-managed. Sure theres economic effects and staffing issues. Everyone has those issues. But their priorities are upside down. Top echelon of Wake County Managers needs an overhaul.

100% agree with you. I was a little saddened to move out of the city but with the housing prices...apartments costing more than a mortgage payment per month, constant construction, etc. I couldn't stay no longer.
