My biggest issues are not investing and building. The should have a very good building plans for this market's for future. because infrastructure problems have been a very big issue in the east. The market should not occupie roads, residential areas, it should have a very good road connections for containers and long lorries and the their parking places, all the electrical work should go underground to prevent fire and overhead wires, there should be a strict law that guides the market, shop owners should exploit underground warehouses while they're shop is above. We should learn from issues we are having from other market's and fix it here that will attract investors.

I think one of the greatest problems we have especially in the state is the inability to have a good road plans. In the U.S. where I live and/or in many parts of Europe, there is always a network of roads in place before the building structure is in. Engr. Umahi did what I am talking about as the governor of Ebonyi state. His Ebonyi State international market is well spaced out with roads and parking spots for customers. In the video you showed on the new Oba Inter. market, I am not sure I see any of that. I mean, there has to be access roads vertically and horizontally across the spaces mapped out for the market.

The problems is not the buildings but where the customers and buyers will come from. This is what we are talking about. Southeast economic powers in general is low compared to Lagos and SW. If the Igbos leave with their businesses, it would be replaced immedately by the locals. The Igbos businesses in SW should use this opportunity to start developing their own region best way forward for development of SE.

Try and travel outside Lagos state and southwest, don't just sit down in one place and say what you know nothing about. People travel all the way from Lagos, Cameroon, Ivory coast, and many other African countries to buy materials from Aba Abia state on a daily and weekly basis. Even if they leave those in Lagos behind you guys can't manage them, the best you can do is to start selling those properties and use the money for 'owambe', importation, buying and selling are not as easy as you see it, if you're not well disciplined in financial management you can blow all your money overnight, so calm down, we sabi una capacity.

If only they would build it better than what we have in Lagos Trade Fare, balogon market's etc. If they build those old way of building 2 by 2 shops like in ochanja, main market, they will not come home considering it just a bushy Area with no economic power and port. We need to build the best and Morden market to compete with the other places. Companies, offices, oil coils and services and back should be sighted in Owerri. The only city that has the Lakki planned atmosphere to host multinational and headquarters in igboland, instead of sticking and forcing yourself in another man land.

Owerri is an abandoned glorified rural area that's why most imo indigenes prefer to live in Onitsha, Awka and Nnewi. Main market is the most important and most organised market in igboland. Anambra is the most developed state in igboland and also the economic capital of igboland. Anambra has international airport and seaport, unlike the barren timid bushy imo state that's worthless and useless, no wonder most imo indigenes prefer to live in Anambra. That's why all the most investors are moving to invest in Anambra, but no one goes to invest in imo state. Have you wondered why no igbos from other SE states lives in Owerri? It is because Owerri is an abandoned glorified rural area without economic value. 😂😂😂
