The most scariest sleep paralysis I had is it wasn’t normal it was one of my sisters and they had a face of a like idk how to explain it but it had a split in it and had mouth on the whole other side and one was black I was able to pick myself up due to fear that was the one where I could actually move I could only sit up my legs felt to heavy but as soon as I stood up it lunged at me and knocked me back down on my bed it gave me ptsd every night I sleep with my cover over my head even at the age of 16
