Mum must face her fears n go on holiday, I have 4 small kids btwn 10 & 4 , I am clingy, only the pas weekend I allowed them to go to a park 5mins walk without escort but within our estate, it was not easy, I was dealing with my fears, upon their return, I was proud of them n myself. I did this coz for the first time, I took them to a stadium n one got lost for 10mins n I was hysterical, I found her in the care of police, n they said my children look like they are not used to crowd I said yes, coz it's home n school, home we are always indoors coz their mother is an intro. Mum just deal with it n go. I clung to my 27yr old but when she was 20 she left the hse n never looked back, I thought we were best friends until she made me realise I clung to her, I cried n cried no more n accepted change of events.

My advice to Michelle would have been to approach her parents directly about her converns from what she has heard them discuss.. Honestly speaking, the way her eldest sisters reacted to this, I hope she doesn't question whether she can confind in them or not.. The girls are grown and only the parents who lives with them know how independent and responsible they are. If the parents feel the way they do, maybe its because they haven't seen much of what they need to see from their children. But one way to know this is by putting their children in a position where they will have no choice but to learn how to be responsible, independent and capable of looking after themselves and each other and dealing with conflicts without the presence of their parents. The children also need to show that to their parents for them to feel comfortable and confident enough to trust their children to be left alone.. You cannot ask to be trusted if you don't show or prove that you can be trusted. That little conversation alone that they've had about what Michelle said proved that their mum is right about how the girls deal with conflicts and misunderstanding as siblings. Your parents know you better than what your audience know. We only see and know what we're being shown and what you want us to see and we will give our opinion based on that. Sometimes i think some of the siblings can be a bit too mean with Michelle. It will make her feel like the black sheep of the family. Vanessa especially as the oldest, dont join your siblings to put down another.
