The real sabbath day is Saturday which is the seventh day of the week. Sunday was instituted by Constantine in the Nucean Counsel. Catholicism celebrates Holidays while we are to keep the Most Highs Holy Days and be set apart.

We can't serve two masters. It's either we're for God or someone else and as the user above stated, Saturday was changed to Sunday by Pope Constantine. God never changed the sabbath and as his word says, he's the same yesterday, today and forever. Malachi 3:6 says "I am the Lord, I change not"
