I was camping in North Georgia and a Bear did the same thing to my gas container for my generator gas. I trailed it down the mountain for about a hundred yards and found my red plastic gas container with the top knawed up. He didn’t get in the gas. I heard something that night around 3 a.m. But couldn’t see anything at the time. I’m glad I wasn’t in a tent!

You may want to invest in an electric bear fence to string around your camp area. It will give them a little shock and let them know that it is a good place to hang out. Otherwise they will just keep on coming back.

I actually experienced the prolonged toe numbness from my pair of steel-toed Timberland Pro work boots as well! I believe they were one size too big but I never wanted to wear them again after that happened. Edit: the big toes got most of their feeling back (happened on both feet) after probably a few months.

Wind turbines aren't efficient enough.

We stopped using our wind turbines because of the hassle of constantly climbing up there to tinker with the sensors because they have tons of safe guards that trip the windmill off every day!

If you purify with chlorine bleach use non-additive, no scented, cleaners, or color safe. 2 drops to 2 liters of water and let it stand for 30min. Another 15min. if you can still smell it. AquaMira water treatment is EPA registered. And don't use pool chlorine, it's too strong. If you can hang a ring on a point it counts. If the left side matures further that buck will be a 10 pointer. If the west counts only one side it is a 5 pointer because of the 5 points on its left side. In the east we count all the points. Plant a food plot for deer and you might see him breed, fight, scrap the ground and pee in it to attract females, rub little trees to get the velvet off and prepare to fight. If you build a blind you can witness this stuff. I would've wrote a long comment but my finger started hurting :D. Great job y'all.
@steveschoning94593 жыл бұрын
1.Go to a dog groomer and get as much hair as possible. Put it in burlap sacks around camp. 2. Get some icb totes. They hold about 300 gallons of water. Put two up in the trees and one in the back of a truck. You can fill with creak water and a trash pump. Transfer to totes in the trees and now you have running water. You can add 200 feet of black hose in the sun and now you have hot water for a shower.

Have you thought about getting a solar generator? Theres a bunch of brands like jackery, ecoflow, bluetti that could provide more power than you need while you’re still getting things stood up. I personally have an ecoflow with a solar panel and I can run a lot of stuff on it. I’m sure you’ll be able to charge all your power tool daily

I’m enjoying the content. That stinks the bear trashed a bunch of stuff, we always see bears up in that area every time we visit. We come across them in person a lot they seem to run away but it’s still scary and dangerous. Be safe. Btw they know how to open car doors, a bear even opened the sliding door of our Promaster and trashed the interior in broad daylight. Keep those doors locked even in daylight. I hope you can find some kind of deterrent so that bears won’t keep trashing more things. 😣

You guys should carry "Fog Horn's" or maybe "Bear Banger" while your working on your trails to scare off any inquisitive or hungry bears! Toes going numb Brian is probably pressure on your sciatic nerve in your hip. Do you get a slight ache at the top of your butt? If so it could be siatica. I get it sometimes if I've slept on a hard mattress on one side too often. I bought a memory foam mattress topper and now it's a lot better. In the meantime don't worry it's temporary and can be relieved easily with a specific leg exercise. There are tutorials on KZbin.
