1. HURRICANES
Ingredients:
Light Rum
Dark Rum
Fressh Lime Juice
Orange Juice
Passion Fruit Juice
Simple Syrup
Grenadine
2. JAMBALAYA
Ingredients:
Salt
Granulated Garlic
Crushed Red Pepper
Dried Thyme
Chopped Celery
Onion
Bell Pepper
Hot Sausage
Smoked Sausage
Chicken Breast
Crushed Tomatoes
Chicken Stock
Rice
Shrimp; cleaned and deveined
Steps:
Heat oil in a large pot.
Add onions, bell peppers, celery, and all seasonings.
Cook and slice the hot sausage.
Add hot and smoked sausages, and chicken; cook for 10 min.
Add crushed tomatoes and chicken stock; bring to a boil.
Add rice and shrimp; covered and simmer.
Let stand until rice is cooked.
