I work at bdubs and yeah they definitely short changed you on your bird dawgs. The Honey BBQ ones are so jam packed with stuff that the tender is practically above the bun lol. The name is certainly ridiculous, during the presentation when management was showing these off, definitely had some fun making jokes about the name. That location sounds horrible.

Please stop going to that particular location, at least until they get their act together. That's what, twice in a row now, that I've seen them short-changing you with incomplete food products. The fact that management is willing to let that slide is disgusting. That's not service, that's a blatant disservice and lack of respect for a paying customer. Whoever assembled that sandwich is probably the same person who assembled your previous chicken sandwich (just a lonesome chicken patty in a bun), and either needs to be re-trained, put on probation, or get let go of.

I work at Buffalo Wild Wings and I would like to say the location you go to needs to step it up. I saw your chicken sandwich video and it was definitely not how we normally make our chicken sandwiches. Maybe it was busy when you went and since making tenders and breasts is pretty inconvenient to us in the kitchen it ended up rushed, but I don’t know how it ended up looking that bad. I can’t say much about the bird dawgs since I’ve only tried a bite of the honey bbq one, which I found quite good. My coworkers told me the loaded one isn’t very good and I don’t know about the Wild one. So in short I do recommend the Honey bbq bird dawg.

The BWW in my city has been open for 7+ years now and I never see anyone there save for on rare occasions yet they remain open regardless somehow. I mean, the freaking Subway next door to it gets about triple the business from what I've seen, and both are across the street from my job. I remember it being busy for about 3 months when it first opened though.

Hi, Review Brah. Our experiences over at B dubs Have been really bad of late. I am not surprised they forgot the ranch in the fries. The chicken was too crispy, you couldn't even chew it, And they didn't even sauce the wings properly. B dubs overall is a horrible restaurant to go to in my opinion because they never do it right.

Checking Doordash, they don't have this as part of their menu, but they have a separate Bird Dawgs actually listed on Doordash as if it is a restaurant of its own and it is out of Buffalo Wild Wings location.

BWW is the one chain we frequently went to but it seems it's just not my location that has been going downhill. The main issue appears to be sheer laziness. I suspect they are not cooking wings to order because they are not being served as hot and fresh these days. Dry rubs are not being tossed on the wings so you get an uneven (only on one side) and often anemic coating. During one of my most recent visits I had to ask for extra dry rub, which is almost routine now. Twenty minutes later it arrives, marked correctly but contained the wrong rub. A time before that we were served a whole order of mozzarella sticks that were nearly totally void of cheese inside. These are just a couple recent examples. It's become expected that our order will be "off" or wrong in some way. Doesn't seem to matter if they are busy or slow. I even wrote them a few months ago about some of these issues but it has made no difference.

This is the kind of thing you come up with during summer break from school, while sitting around getting high and then having to create something out of all the scraps in the kitchen because moms hasn't been paid and gone grocery shopping for the week yet. It's hard to believe companies actually pay people to sit around and come up with menu items like this.
