I've been following the Farm since 2019. I adore all the dogs from the daycare days to the current house pack of 20 dogs, 2 cats, and a Dingo. Many of them have overcome personal traumas, behavior problems, or medical issues which made them unadoptable to everyone except this amazing family. I recommend the stories of Miss Violet's mum Shadow, Freddo the Rottweiler, Faith and Hope the boxers. All with shocking histories, but will fill your heart and soul with joy when you see what amazing animal companions they've all become.

This one of the best places to see dogs being rehabilitated and trained on KZbin. Luke and Sam have worked hard to give Miss Violet and other dogs in their pack the best life they can. They really want the best for their pack of I think it’s 20 dogs including a Dingo and they have 2 cats who fit in very well. They have 3 kids who adore the dogs and you should go and look them up. This video does not explain what a super hero Miss Violet is. She is nearly totally blind and totally and profoundly deaf. She has mentally mapped out the entire farm. It is a huge piece of property. She has a good sense of her pack members and follows the scent and movement of the other dogs. They even help her. But if you watch her, you would absolutely NOT be able to tell she is blind and deaf. She is phenomenal. She is my favorite. She is also hysterical. She gets away with a lot with the dogs because she is like the pesty, cheeky kid sister. ❤❤❤❤

If anyone wants to see the headaches poor Sam suffered just watch the ones where Miss Violet fell into the pool while she was just learning to swim. Those life jackets on Miss Violet and Miss Red are not there for show. They were necessary or Miss Violet may have never made it through her lessons. She is fearless.

Miss V, aka The Little Engine That Could, is the most endearing and determined little gal you will ever meet. She’s as mighty as they come. She’s got no clue that she’s any different than any of the others in her pack. She’s gutsy as all get out!! She’s a medical marvel. Good seeing her on the Dodo! The Farm channel is a very special place, literally for all ages, and we have an extraordinary community. I think I can speak for all of us when I say please come. Our doors are open, we’ll leave the light on for ya 😂, and be prepared for a lot of laughs, sometimes tears, but I can promise you’ll always feel good. Luke Evans is a Veteran of both the AU Armed & Naval Forces. Training dogs became his therapy for his PTSD. Many of these dogs were the shelters death row inmates. Not when Luke finishes his magic. Often his brother Jase, also a veteran, comes by to help Luke in training or building stuff. Sam works her own special magic on the entire pack! And the kids have all the dog’s attention from play time to protection mode.

😂 oh .. I have followed the farm for quite some time and I remember when Miss Shadow and her puppies were brought to the farm. I remember that Miss Violet and her twin sister Miss Red both had problems but as they grew they had overcome them by trusting their pack and their human family... it was a shock to see how bad Miss Violet was when I watched this because she does so well now and you just forget how bad she was as a tiny pup. She is the happiest girl and we can all learn from her, you see no one ever told her that she is different so she refuses to be so. Thanks to the Evans family and the farm pack... it's always a good day when you start it with a Miss Violet video 😊❤

There you can see the self-sacrificing devotion of the owners who have made it possible for the dogs to live on. For many of the dogs it was the very last chance.

That man Luke and his wife Sam are amazing people. They use to have a daycare program. Their channel is now called The Farm it use to be Doggy Daycare Farmtrips. Now they focus on rehabilitating shelter dogs and less fortunate dogs. The daycare dogs still get to come to the farm and visit as much as they can. But the focus now is rehabilitation and to get as many shelter dogs to a place where they are fit for adoption. He use to be in the army for many year's and was one year short from being able to have the army help him get training for a civilian job because his military career what he learned there did not apply to civilian life. Because he was one year short he did not get the help from the army to transition into civilian life. The dogs saved his life. It is an amazing story i recommend you check it out.

Yes, an amazing story of Luke’s journey after military life and suffering PTSD. Such a beautiful, caring family with so many amazing stories of rehabilitating dogs that were also suffering from trauma, some with such horrific starts to life. Always a happy ending and these dogs (and dingo) now living their best life🙏💙🐾

They have 20 dogs (19 are adopted rescues with special needs, some previously had severe dog aggression, on kill lists etc), 2 rescued cats, a rescued race horse,, some goats and a wild dingo. They shut down a very successfull doggy day care to focus on their rescue dogs. They also work with their local shelter and the shelter dogs often come out to the farm to run in the paddocks and swim in the dam.
