This is the highest achievement for a solo performer- to fully cover a wonderful song like this and ADD their own special notes and cadences in a way that makes the song fresh, but shows that the song still has unplumbed depths. superb arrangement - the change of key from the original (C) to this in G really I think enabling the rich bass and lead accompaniment as well as smooth vocals. You can see his skill and versatility in many KZbin videos. If you get chance to see him live in partnership with Allison (voice of an absolute angel) a duo called "The Bygones", snatch it with both hands - you will not be disppointed.
