Thank goodness standing in this horrible row would be very unsettling for them. Why they have to makes so much noise I don't know! Don't even know what the event is, if the man in shorts with a number is anything to go by it is probably and marathon or half marathon in time gone buy all you would hear is people cheering no loud music and someone shouting. I have my sound turned right down on my laptop and it is still too loud for me

Good grief! Is that really the way you think children behave at playgrounds or Disney resorts? The little girl was obviously fascinated by the guard and was quietly looking at him while her grandmother kept an eye on her. There’s no time limit on looking and she wasn’t in anyone’s way. If she had been too close, too long, or done anything against the rules the guard or the police wouldn’t have been slow to point it out. If all visitors to Horse Guards behaved as well as she did there would be no problems (and the videos would be quite boring).

It's not a circus! People should be stopped from making it one. No dressing up in costumes that have nothing to do the location they are in. No crosses on wheels either. The music is too loud and the shouting is too. Those horses are trained well, but they shouldn't be expected to put up with that nonsense. Neither should the troopers!

Student groups should have one adult/teacher for every 5 students. Kids in groups turn into adolescent chimps. No control unless they've got an adult within reach - not within _sight_, within _REACH_.
