In 'Yeh dil mera', I can relate, on a personal level with Aina's character, in the choice she made to stay with her husband at that particular time. When your significant other makes such claims, that too against your Father (my Father is\was not a criminal), but any claim, you cannot simply instantly leave your partner. I think the majority of women would want to give the man another chance, or simply, time to explain and make things clear, before taking the step to leave. It makes perfect sense if we look at it in this way. Furhermore, Agha Jaan would not force his daughter (to leave with him) as that would go against his relationship with his daughter, that bond and image he has maintained ever since. Despite the fact that he is a Criminal minded, dangerous individual.

I don't think YMD was dragged.it moved emotionally. Mir Farooq who controls and manipulates everything stressed and vulnerable for his the only person he cares about, scared that he can't control and manipulate his daughter anymore.amaan finally able to openly hate or challenge Mir Farooq. I mean you can hear in his voice and see it in his eyes.he is having so much fun challenging and threatening him 😂 finally Amaan accepting to the viewers his love for Aina. Also after seeing Aina forgive Amaan so many times for his rudeness and bad behavior it's nice to see Amaan doing the same. Just proves his love more. They were building it up from 21st episode where Amaan won't let aina leave him. Aina has said and shown her love for Amaan in so many episodes that Amaan needed this episode to be his. Aina finally thinking Amaan doesn't love her. Her standing up against him just for her father,her feelings being shattered.her love turning into hate and misbehaving.they all needed at least one episode to come to terms with these feelings but that's just my opinion Question:when Amaan was talking to Mir Farooq his background was dark and Mir Farooqs background was bright as day.was it because it gets dark sooner in the Hill tracts or a production flow??

Madiha said in her interview interview that Muqqadar was based on Stockholm syndrome. This situation reminded me of the Turkish drama , Mera Sultan, where the sultans had harems with girls captured as slaves in wars. The one the sultan liked became his concubine or wife. They resisted at first but later on fought with each other to become the favourite of the sultan. These girls were helpless, had no choice, may have had the syndrome, but according to history bearing a son of sultan and being his favourite was more of a struggle for power. Today I can’t digest a girl falling in love with her kidnapper, she may fall in love with the status, power and luxuries. Muqqadar cannot be judged on Stockholm syndrome alone. If this is used as an excuse, then we will have to justify every woman who quietly suffers domestic abuse and still does not take a stand. This is a dangerous avenue to venture into.

@@asmamansoor9821 domestic abuse in not just physical. The worst kind is the emotional one which destroys you from inside ,from men who seem very normal and very caring for their wives outwardly. Also shouting, degrading are not only done by the very bad but by otherwise so called good husbands who provide their wives with all luxuries. Then there are the ' sehmi hui' wives for whom anything from the husband is the ultimate, like the relationship between a peer and a mureed. Such brainwashing in religious cults can also be from Stockholm syndrome.

Watching the last scene of Ruswai with Mukhtara Mai, although I completely agree with Amna that Sana's expressions were impeccable as Samira, BUT, for the way they sold this saas bahu drama by sprinkling it with a bit of social message frosting, trivializing the whole issue and completely mishandling the topic, ending it with Mukhtara Mai's presence was just adding insult to injury. Sorry but that's how I felt. Secondly why did they have to make a martyr out of Salman. He had been a completely unlikeable character throughout and he didn't deserve redemption. Thirdly if Rubina Ashraf was trying to launch her daughter she could not have chosen a worse way. Warda is the most irritating character and I would have an aversion from the next character that girl plays.

i agree with your review! i think hasan and amna were soft on the finale - no offence guys. this drama was badly directed, doesnt mean rubina ashraf is a bad director but this was A MISS. even the final episode they had to give time to the star couple warda and hamza. salman was so despicable that even his death doesnt redeem him. but the greatest flaw of this fiasco was the mansplaining and izzat spew dr feroz gives. tumhari izzat pe hamla, meri izzat pe hamla hai... no IT IS NOT. OMG The complete antithesis of women empowerment. at the police station too dr feroze goes on to "explain" what samira is saying - where in fact he is repeating her words verbatim! all the dhamkis the ig gave to samira and one shooting at the house later... salman sepnd ONE day at the police station and gets the guys caught! OMG. The IG telling samira tumhara hard work paid off.. umm what hard work?! these are the reasons why even mukhtara mai's cameo couldnt save this ending rather demeaned her work too imo! in the end i would like to say Inkaar showed what women empowerment was - makes me appreciate that drama even more. sorry Ayesha Mirza for such along response but seriously yar mein ubal rahi thhi lol

Same way no one can predict how big pks will get by the time it ends.. if it goes the way how it is going now then there are high chances of it becoming a classic like zgh or yks.. Yumna and bilal are as good as sajal and ahad if not more and is portraying abdullah and mahjabeen with perfection.. if the writing is as good as it is now till the end then the show as well as their pairing will be superhit.. already their scenes together are gaining the attention on social media platforms.. I dont like to ship actors offscreen on the basis of one or two comments they post of each other's instagram so wont say bilal and yumna have something going on for real.. from the ivs i have seen the only thing i can find is that they both are passionate about their work and they both respect each other for that.. their ivs together was very normal and platonic.. i dont get why people think something is going on b/w them..

Nobody, nobody in the comments is justifying their opinion just because it's a Sahad project. That's the bias that YOU'RE reading into it. People have actual points to back their interest. As for the dragging bit, that's ALSO an opinion, NOT a fact. A gliding snail also moves its muscles and reaches its destination. Some people saw some important revelations in the last episode - 1. Amaan confessing his love, 2. The guest house that Amaan technically equipped was the same that his friend was maintaining for him, 3. Ali Baksh and the other minions broke into Amaan's house to find clues, 4. Ali Baksh warned Mir Farooq to proceed the cause with caution if he is to protect his image, 4. Amaan meticulously wiped clean all incriminating evidence from his house before heading north, just the candelabra lied in the basement for Ali Baksh to kick, 5. Mir Farooq squirmed as his mood swung back and forth between nervousness about being exposed to his daughter and fear for her safety, 6. Amaan's guardian name is actually his uncle's name, 7. Mir Farooq discovered Amaan was raised in England but he visited Pakistan several times and moved to Pakistan sooner than he let on, 8. Amaan's parents' names are nowhere to be found, 9. Mir Farooq called the authorities to complain against his son-in-law who has escaped with his daughter. The story physically progressed as Aina and Amaan left for Darya Bagh IMMEDIATELY after Aina made her mind.

@@anayakhan2208 I believe this story needs to pause every now and then to collect its breath. No doubt the fastest episodes have been the most engaging. My personal favourite picks have been the following episodes. 1. Where Amaan met his friend Sajid for the first time in the show, hosted him at his office and a lot of the backstory was revealed in one flow. 2. When Aina entered the study room and found the locket Amaan had "disposed". Ghori Uncle's family was cancelled. Later all was forgiven and Aina continued to investigate in secrecy. She snapped at her aunt on call and Amaan overheard and concluded this was another one of Mir Farooq's doings. 3. The one where we found out what directly led to the murder of Amaan's parents. 4. The truth bomb was dropped on Aina's unsuspecting head as she woke up one morning in detective mode and found the pair of keys to the forbidden room. To keep the audience interested before the plot zooms forward, some people who are being set up such as Mir Farooq, need to be shown trembling and some things we already knew over a course of episodes need to be reinforced as a recap. Last week was when we fastened our seatbelts. We have to be realistic. Imagine you're Aina. You're taken back to the abnormal honeymoon location that gave you frights, for some tough, emotionally taxing work while you still have some remnants of PTSD and you're afraid of its onslaught. You are still in denial at the accusation lodged against the man you think didn't hurt a fly all his life, you're still mad at how your relatively peaceful life is being turned around because you're married to someone thirsty for revenge. You would lie like a lump for a day refusing food and water until the stage is set for the next day of some baby steps towards discovery.

Ydm cannot end in 2-3 episodes bcz there are a lot of mysteries to be unravelled yet. I agree ydm story has not progressed much this week but still one cannot disregard the powerful scenes especially Amaan's admittance of love, his dilemma whether to pursue his revenge or to drop it off for the love of aina ❤ and the phone conversation b/w damad & sasur g as well. In addition to that do agree with hassan's point of view to some extent about aina should have left, there is nothing for her to find to prove her father's innocence but one can give it a benefit of doubt that she love both her father & Amaan & is unable to leave either of them right away plus the trauma she has seen her husband in and i beg to differ why Amaan haven't told aina anything directly is bcz he has no proof against mir farooq for his parents murder, he only has proofs of his second marriage with Sahira. And lastly cannot praise Ahad enough for his phenomenal acting, Man he has emoted Amaan soo soo well.

I have disagreed entirely with the past two reviews of Ye Dil Mera...firstly talking about the drama ending...I don't think so that the show is being dragged. This genre is kind of slow poison that all needs to be unravelled slowly and that's why the pace is fine. I will refer back to Yaqeen Ka Safar that had 29 episodes and was a blockbuster. Ye Dil Mera is 25 episodes right now and we can sit and relax and enjoy the show bcoz we don't get such stories everyday in Pakistani Television...again there was so much in this episode that wasn't discussed....yes I agree that the story didn't move ahead but not entirely bcoz we did come across the genuine feelings of Amaan as well as him telling Mir Farooq what more he is aware of....Bilal Abbas Khan rightly said in the interview that every show is dragged and you need to just go with the flow... I don't disagree completely to the episode being dragged but the show as a whole hasn't by any sense been dragged...frankly speaking if the mystery was solved in a quick pace then we would be the same ppl saying that the writer didn't handle the genre properly so the process in a way has to be slow...its the requirement of the kind of story being told...I hope to see the longer review of Ye Dil Mera next week as these two reviews (including the previous one) weren't that long...cut down on time given to Thoda Sa Haq bcoz it's just getting out of hand now. Hasan always calls Thoda Sa Haq a guilty pleasure but now it is getting beyond just being a guilty pleasure...the show is getting on people's nerves...the show dragging concept can also be applied here bcoz it is already 25 episodes and they still plan on framing Seher with Rafay...also Munazza tai ranting about chota ghar for at least 5 minutes isnt providing any good lesson to the audience...ppl actually take these shows seriously so we need to stop showcasing such class conscious things on tv...this show has nothing impeccable for it to be on the review list now that even KZbin views aren't as expected...its bizarre from every aspect be it story or even acting I appreciate your views Hasan and Aamna but just like you have the right to put forward your opinion, I also have the right to voice myself regarding your views and the respective shows. I hope you take this positively and I mean it when I always say that I wait for your reviews. Even today I came to KZbin several times just to check whether the video is up as notification wasn't coming. Mir farooq never forces aina in anything , he has always been really soft with her. Her choices have always been his first priority. that's why he immediately agreed to their marriage. So utha ke laane ka sawal hi nhi uthta. Plus I agree the pace of the drama is kinda slow but its getting more interesting day by day. Also they have shortened the episode time a lot.

In yeh dil mera, I think amaan doesn’t reveal everything to Aina about her father because his family tragedy inflicted by meer Farooq is so huge already and close to his heart. That’s the whole reason he is on this mission and he can proof that crime much easier as he was eye witness. Saira was simply a blackmailing means for him just in case he needs to further proof his point. Besides Aina is not that strong emotionally to handle so much in one go and amaan knows that and because he cares about her, he doesn’t want to bombard her with too much keechar... he is hoping that her memory might come back to her and things would start to make sense on their own...

But in the next episode they show standing over the bridge, she had a flashback of her childhood. And in one episode when Amaan told Aina that he is that boy, with whom she loves to play in childhood. After that flashback and this scene, still, she doesn't remember that who actually is Amaan.

Another thing Meharposh bad casting Ayeza can’t be Sania’s daughter. Ayeza is not a young girl anymore. She over acted in jalebi scene. Ayeza and Danish’s dressing is not according to their characters. Both of them give more importance to their looks instead of acting. Ayeza is being type casted. Ayeza and Hira Mani always crying in their dramas. They are so irritating in thora sa Haq and Ghalti.

I love pyar kay sadqay drama sooooo much, first of all lots of pappian 😘😘😘😘for Bilal and Yumna for their cute acting . And yes it was so visible that there is some kind of chemistry between them 😍 . I love to see Yumna with Ahmed Ali as they look so good with each other, but Bilal and Yumna as a couple will be a good one too . Amna I'm in my 40s and i have the same motherly feelings for these kids like you . And yes I felt that pyar kay sadqay is dragging wedding too much .story is stuck somehow. But still this is the only drama which provides fresh air in this difficult time of Corona. Lots of prayers for your channel to reach the 2 lakh subscriptions .

However, I do feel like the pace of this episode of Yeh Dil Mera was somewhat justified- they needed to show the calm before the storm and of course Sajal and Ahad are a treat to watch and one never gets tired of watching them. Had they wrapped up the drama during this episode, the ending would've been too haphazard like we have seen in Ruswai.

One observation I have made about Sarwar is that after doing anything bad to Abdullaah he goes and justifies it, also he apologizes . A lot of other villians in dramas dont do that. This must have led young Abdullah to trust Sarwar. Now he manipulates him. Another thing is that now that munshiji is not in the office nobody knows how Sarwar treats Abdullah and Abdullah tries to hide it. Amazing review. Lots of love and duas❤

@Hasan : in relation to dr examining eyes and declare that she may be pregnant is explainable in light of the fact that parts of any Dr's examination and history taking includes excluding some other possible diagnosis . So we can imagine that they showed us only part of clinical examination and other history taking. But it building wrong expectation for our people who then think a dr is able to diagnose everything /pregnancy by such an examination.
