Good on you that you didn't let the lack of command in Urdu hinder you from taking a shot at creating content yourself which YOU want to act in and watch as a viewer. I think you owe it to your talent to take such risks and be a beacon of hope for others who feel your frustration. This would be pioneering stuff and even if you don't get the mass appreciation/capital back-up at first which the commercial, loud 'entertainers' get nor the eyeballs, please continue to forge ahead on a path less travelled. I think it's better to have a 'niche' audience with a discerning taste even if the journey won't be smooth..as they say, growth is never achieved in one's comfort zone. The best part about Mira is that she didn't defend any of the flaws in her characters or the drama. Even OBI who is otherwise outspoken, had some defending statements for his character's toxity. But Mira is not scared she said it like it is. The other cast members are showing like Chupke Chupke was like the best drama of all time but Mira is grounded and still thinking through while answering. Looove

Tbh I don’t think Chupke chupke would have been the success it is without Gul and her negativity. She was amazing and portrayed the character of a bitter sister who lost her childhood because she became a young carer for her siblings when her parents passed away unexpectedly.

I don't feel that Ayeza is a very intriguing personality or atleast I don't think that she will be truthful in the interview. Ayeza has a very strong PR and she as well as her team maintain a very clean calm persona for her. So to the max her interview will have a few goody goody things abiut the drama and her co stars but she will never divulge in real talk. May be sometime in future she would be comfortable but for now she is maintaining an image.

Why do you guys keep asking actors if media and characters effect people's daily life. This is scientific!! Please understand. Content effects mindset. Not immediately necessarily. But eventually it does. This is not for actors to tell that their roles don't affect anyone hence they are free of any responsibility. Meera should be proud of her acting prowess..she slayed Guls character without seeming over the top. Our audiences as well as actors need to mature and realise these are characters....there might be a murderer,a rapist,a gangsters portrayal...that is all fine..they are acting...She portrayed a toxic sister...and I have witnessed people like that...destroying their sons or brothers marriages simply on a whim..without not valid reason apart from not wanting to share his attention.Sad but true.If I were in her place...I'd be super proud that I was able to pull this tile off so convincingly🤩🤩Viewers need to be mindful of their comments...separating their appraisal of a character from the actor and giving those playing a negative role their due respect and appreciation for doing their job so well. There would be no Chupke Chupke,without Gul Apa...Meera Sethi your performance was stellar!
