I honestly like how it's the Ghoul, like even he is chillin with his terminal playing fallout. He is old enough to remember stuff like that too, to be more apt to search for it and repair the necessary equipment just to play a game.

A melee build in fallout 1 is an interesting choice for sure. Nice. I think the "okey-dokey" is intentional from vault dwellers. To show how they are stuck in the old world. Theres times moira says it to the lone wanderer for some reason. I feel like she is poking at you since your a vault dweller, its just the way she says it. Now i wonder if there are more vault dwellers who say it.
