My heart is brimming with joy after reading the email below from one of my followers:
"Since I changed my routine by having a set time to sleep and a set time to awake, and by being more positive about my life, things have been improving. Thank you for all that you do. I am hoping things will improve even more."
I am so proud of this individual, and I have no idea who he is. I’ve never met him, yet I know he is serious about improving the quality of his sleep.
It’s so important to focus on all three Components to Better Sleep:
🔹Your emotional well-being
🔹Your mindset
🔹Your behaviors
I’ve created a video where I break down his email into each component and provide some insight on how he (and you!) might be able to create even better sleep for himself.
