Recently, in The Better Sleep Community, we discussed the benefits of Tapping. One of the members used these words when he explained how he saw Tapping.
He said: “Tapping is like a psychological massage.”
How powerful is that?
His experience with Tapping has been that it’s calmed his mind easily and quickly, making his mind not ruminate as much.
