Thus it gives relief, especially for the one who usually eats barley bread, which was the custom of the people of Madinah at that time; it was their staple food, as wheat was very expensive for them. And Allah knows best."

But this is forbidden; rather what is enjoined is to be patient, to put one’s trust in Allah, to be steadfast in adhering to the religion of Islam and to believe that Allah is with those who fear Him and those who do good, and that the best end is for those who fear Him; whatever befalls him is because of his sins, so he should be patient, for the promise of Allah is true; he should seek forgiveness for his sins and glorify and praise his Lord morning and evening. Oh Allah, I seek refuge in You from grief and sadness, from weakness and from laziness, from miserliness and from cowardice, from being overcome by debt and overpowered by men (i.e. others). Where you see a - above any letter or an uppercase letter, the pronunciation comes from the back of the throat, will sound heavy when verbalised. Transliteration isn't exact it differs from place to place.

Sometimes it has something to do with black magic. Maybe someone trying to control your emotion either through your dream or another way..maybe.. or it's just was wassa from shaytan.. The only way is to make Istighfar and remember that this life is temporary. Wa malhayatiddunnyaillamata'ulghurur.. Wa ma'indallahikhayrawaabqa.. Often times I also forgot about that two ayaat, so lets remind each other.. Ask Allah to convert that heart broken feeling into forgivness of your sins or ask Allah to make that uncomfortable feeling into a reward..
