tira's original design was supposed to be that of a catgirl's before the developers settled on birds. even better, they were trying to figure out how to incorporate mitts into her outfit because a ringblade would slice up your hands to spin around, & that's true, but like, ivy has straight up been fighting with her tits out since before tira was even a twinkle in project soul's eye. it's kind of a moot point
