Completely disagree. The beatboxing and filling all of the space is what makes this group so great. Other A Cappella groups, even the one I am in, don’t fill the space like this guy does and they all sound thin. And yes I am saying the Melodores would sound thin without the beat boxing because it is just the case with how A Capella works.
