Love your rendition. It’s really neat that you started with a few bars of short intro in the beginning before the main theme. What was that? Was it “Something’s coming tonight” or “A Boy like that?”

Yes, it's from the "I Have a Love" section from "A Boy Like That".

⁠ Thanks for the clarification. What a great idea! This short intro provides a nice dramatic prelude to the main theme and it also follows the plot line. I think I will do the same when I play this piece on my shakuhachi.
