Is this changed with new SomWeb or is this a service professional only portal. I don't see any of the adjustments you show

This is changed with SOMlink, which is an installer interface tool that give technicians access to the operator software to make adjustments and view event histories, etc. SOMlink functions and SOMweb functions are not cross-compatible.
