Awesome video !! I found a KIT FOX 4 1200 in a barn !! A Barn Finder !! bought it for $4,500 with the trailer too. I have dreamed of this for a long time. I only wished, and hoped, for something to happen. And it did !! fell right in to my lap, I wasn't even looking for it LOL !! Love the name Cramer !! Where are you based at ?? I'm in reno nevada. I don't even fly lol !! NOW WHAT ?? I'm a proud owner of a KIT FOX 4 !! I've only had it for a few weeks. Lots of Red tape involved thanks for video, It has inspired me to keep moving forward !!

Yes, its a bit heavier than a Rotax 912. I have the battery and BRS parachute behind the seat to keep the weight and balance in spec. 665 hours so far without problems. Flies beautifully. You can learn more about the engine in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eIGvh4RobJhmebM

Hi Roger, cruise is about 95 MPH at 4000 RPM based on airspeed indicator and GPS. About 4 GPH.
