This song was very popular in Uganda. It sounded beautiful on the Juke. Thanks for bringing golden memories 💃💃❤️❤️

I just got this flashback insight that in Tanzania version this song became mama bembeleza mwana analia, mama huna imani na mwana mama...

TV became a thing in Congo two years after Bavon died. Before that less than 1,000 household in Kinshasa had TV. Radio was the thing.

Pangula Marie- Jose was a popular piece in most Kenya places of music. Bavon died before delivering what he had for humanity . He was a force to recon with. Perhaps, he would have taken a big junk of what his eldest brother took from our hearts. His place in history is charted permanently despite the handcaps that existed during his hey days. Rest in eternal peace, Youthful Maestro. Dr. Ogeto International

My love for Bavon Marie Marie dates back in 1967 when I was at High School where I was a member of the school band. We used to play these songs in slow speed to get the words and guitar in order to replay. Bavon was a force to reckon with. He went too early. MHSRIP

How come there no videos for Bavon yet he was so popular and died only as recently as 1970?
