Yes, if you are a positive person as in positive about other people you can expect positivity. Sonam has time and again put down other people. She said rude things about Ashwariya, she was initially dismissive of Deepika and then said some very derogatory things about her. She is time and again dismissive of her colleagues but does little to work on her craft, accent, nasal twang! Nobody knows or cares about what kind of person you are behind closed doors.
