Tony Kakko has done couple of these "sonata sinfonica" concerts in Finland. Basically symphonic rearrangements of Sonata's songs. Kakko has talked about how cool it'd be to do a whole tour, but that's probably not really financially viable :/ This concert was in Oulu, with Oulu Symphonic Orchestra but there's also been one concert in Jyväskylä, Finland.
