Stayed at a Sonder in Mexico City, It was beautiful and overall a great experience. The only few things I would say that I didn't like is that you had to pay for early check-in even though my room was already ready, they made me sign a contract about luggage storage and they are not responsible for any lost items which you know is fine HOWEVER their luggage storage was on a parking floor, out of the way, and had no cameras anywhere. Another thing was that they dont clean your room even after x amount of days. I stayed there for 9 nights and no cleaning but I guess that's the trade off. Overall it was super great though, the trip advisor reviews for the one I went to had bad reviews about the "front desk". but I had no problem and they were friendly and always acknowledged me going in and out like a doorman

I appreciate the feedback about this Sonder location. One thing I'll add too that I didn't include in my original review is that although each location gets a total out of 5 star rating based on user reviews, there's no additional feedback. Full user reviews of each location would be very helpful. Thanks again!

Do you gave to clean a Sonder room before you leave or do they? The house rules says that it has to tidy and the sane way you found it. The one I'm going to I'm only staying a few days so it won't really be messy and I would assume they have to come in and do the bed and replace amenities like a hotel housekeeper would

You can request a cleaning through the app but at this location, they won't come in daily to do it otherwise.

New York City. I'm not sure the exact dimensions but they start from about 37 sq/m (407 sq/ft) at that building.
