Bcz some jokes even if translated they don't sound the same and yes translation in general is usually non accurate. Basically the guy on bike asked the other guy what time it is. Then on his way back he asked him again lol and told him it's beautiful day right? And so after answering again the time, the man on bike asked the other : BUT, ITS EXACTLY 7:15 PM, HOW CAN YOU TELL THE TIME FROM ONLY LIFTING HIS BALLS 😅🤣 SO THE MAN SAYS WELL NO, I LIFT HIS BALLS AND I CAN SEE THE TIME ON THE CITY'S CLOCK 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. That's all it is basically. It's cz..people living in more quiet places like these make jokes like that .. I cn see my folks back home doing same lol. Even tho I ws brought up in America.
