Tex is sent to investigate miners being killed and their mines confiscated. The culprit is Evans and after Tex joins the gang, he is sent to kill two more miners. When Estaban is killed, Tex is put on trial for all three murders.

You didn't miss it by much. Tex busted more than a few eardrums with his "singing". 🎶🎶I bet White Flash was deaf. Poor beast with that train wreck of a yodeler on his back all day. If it had been Trigger, he would have high tailed it to Mexico and left that Green-Grow stranded. 🐎
