Any entry point to Bert Jansch is a good one, since he's great. Just know that the idiom of 1960s folk so evident here doesn't define him or his mature style. Maybe it's my own prejudice around self-serious folk singers and audiences of the era, but that mold is as ill-fitting to his full achievement as to, say, Joni Mitchell's.
