The other problems next to o7r own FA are: 1.Lack of vision 2.Lack of training of local coaches 3.conservativenes in handling of our dead balls 4.Lack of psychologists 5.Too many officials on the FA's pay roll. 6.Lack of proper supervision by the government 7.Appointment of incompetent ministers of sports. 8.Retention of the word black in the name of the team.Why not gold.This is the major cause of our il-lack in competitive football.The name was coined to reflect a shining star among black African countries.Today we are gradually becoming the dark horse of African football due to this misnomer.More coaches must be trained from among our retired footballers Finally everything humanly possible should be done to reduce corruption and waste in the system.
