@@raptorbandarchivehe's an excellent drummer for sure! Sam Wilkes is a BEAST on bass too! I don't always like the mixes, sometimes they seem to have the drums too loud. However I love the sound of the fast RnB fusion jazz kind of stuff. It reminds me of Dirty Loops, Snarky Puppy, Vulfpeck, Scary Pockets, those kinds of groups, which is great company to be in.

I wish I was young again. This is monstrous live playing. I've been a fan now since I 'discovered' them 7 months ago. Hard to even know what to say about this. So much energy and raw talent. It makes me think of the 90s, complaining about the death of fusion/progressive jazz that showed so much promise in the 70s. But maybe I spoke too soon. With bands like Snarpy Puppy and Knower and Vulfpeck and Corey Wong and Louis Cole's solo work and so on, "contemporary, progressive jazz, fusion" is alive and well.

It's funny how things work. I discovered new artists (Domi & JD Beck) and Thundercat through them. In paraller, I discovered Vulfpeck and through them I reached out to Louis Cole. I started to follow Louis Cole to then know Knower just to see that Dennis Hamm, Thundercat's keyboard player, is playing keyboard with Knower. Crazy.
