Let us imagine our everyday language as a space in which we venture daily, and we exchange a certain type of objects (words) following certain rules. Within this space, however, they can create frank areas, real heterotopias where the rules of ordinary language are transformed, suspended or reversed: it is the poetic language, which is often also the language of songs. Francesco De Leo is an Italian singer-songwriter, founder and frontman of the band L’Officina della camomilla, which he founded in 2008, when he was only seventeen. One of the most brilliant and original representative of the new Italian indie scene, in 2018 he integrated the ranks of the record house Bomba Dischi and published his first solo album, La Malanoche, anticipated by the singles Muse, Caracas and Mylena.
