Ingrid is much more different than other singers. She has a beautiful voice, but her lyrics are so poetic. She's not like modern music. She's not like everyone else. She's unique.

Why are people making such a big deal about a couple of comments that mention Rihanna's name? And why do people who like Ingrid hate on Rihanna? Two different people with completely different voices and their own set of unique strengths and weaknesses. Plus, if they like Rihanna's music, and they compare this song to her, then obviously it means they like this song. Get over it!

The song is on her first album that was released in 2005. It was an self released album. Great album but its no longer available for some reason. I Purchased it on iTunes a few years ago

I had the pleasure of meeting her (briefly) after a concert once, and I asked about this song and this album. She informed me that her entire first album (SLOW THE RAIN) has been removed from iTunes at her request. Apparently she doesn't really believe these songs are very "her". She said she was "trying to be something she's not" when she wrote it. That bummed me out.
