This episode had some of the best vocals for a lot of characters. Having seen the full reaction, I would say that he was meant to outshine her here. She had her whole crowning glory moment in Its All Coming Back to Me Now, which offers us some of her best vocals of the show. I won’t spoil it, but I think it was definitely a redemption for him after what happens at the end of s2.

Yes Finn did such a great job of Jessie's Girl that when Stevie Nicks (yes from Fleetwood Mac) was on the set, she said it was Cory's performance of Jessie's Girl that hooked her on Glee!

This performance really was epic, Cory was definitely a lot better at the more rock style songs. 👌 You've reacted to quite a few Finn and Rachel duets so far but Rachel has done so many amazing duets. My favourites are Time After Time by Rachel and Sam, A Thousand Miles by Rachel and Sam, I'll Never Fall In Love Again by Rachel and Sam, Barracuda by Rachel and Elliott (played by Adam Lambert), Suddenly Seymour by Rachel and Blaine, Brave by Rachel and Santana, Every Breath You Take by Rachel and Santana, Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead by Rachel and Kurt, Being Good by Rachel and Kurt, Popular by Rachel and Kurt, Flashdance What A Feeling by Rachel and Tina, Give Your Heart A Break by Rachel and Brody, I Just Can't Stop Loving You by Rachel and Finn, Next To Me by Rachel and Shelby (played by Idina Menzel) and You Are Woman I Am Man by Rachel and some random guy lol. All of those are FANTASTIC duets that I can't wait for you to react to! Also there's Just The Way You Are by Billy Joel that was sung by Rachel, Sam, Santana, Blaine and Kurt all together. This is one of the best musical numbers Glee ever did, hands down. It's a perfect mix of rock and show choir, and it highlights a lot of their voices really well (especially Cory). I don't go back and listen to Glee songs very often but this is a classic.

I have to point out one last thing. This is around the time Leah and Corey got together in real life. When he hits that incredible note at around 5:25ish she completely breaks character and I truly believe that’s all Leah Michelle when she kinda winks and points to him with such pride ❤️ It’s such a beautiful moment and I’m so happy it was captured. Naya breaks character too, towards the beginning of the song when they’re lined up on the steps and she rests her head in Brittneys hands like a pillow. This performance is filled with adorable little moments

I really enjoy seeing your reaction videos! My first episode of Glee was Season 1 Sectionals and like you I thought it'd just be a group of people singing and nothing special. Hearing Lea Michele sing "Don't Rain on My Parade" was eye-opening for me! This particular video will always be a good memory...After I saw this performance I knew it was finally the year New Directions would win Nationals! Yes I know it's scripted, but it was great of the writers to reward long-time viewers with an incredible set of performances and marvel at how much they all grew as a group since season one. Like many others I felt this song was Cory's shining moment where he actually danced pretty well in addition to singing like a rock star! He gave this performance his all and I felt so happy for him that his hard work behind the scenes paid off wonderfully with an iconic performance.

I'm excited for your reaction to this one! From Glee I would suggest you watch 'I Know Where I've Been'. Also I think you'd enjoy reacting to the group Home Free. They are the world's only country acapella group & they do both covers & originals. Also they have over 100 music videos out on youtube. Plus there are a bunch more from their lives shows that people have filmed. I wouldn't check out their cover of Mayday until you've been watching them for a while, cause it surprises you & it wont have them same impact if you watch it too soon, but some of my favs I would recommend include Summer in the Country, Diamond Dreams, Sea Shanty Medley, How Great Thou Art, Spaceship, Remember This, Some Girls Do, & almost any of their Christmas songs. They are a 5 man group, but with their stuff from on youtube you will see the baritone member change around mid 2016. The other 4 members have been the same for a long time.
