Lovebites' live performances are flawless, and Asami's voice sounds much better live than in their studio recordings. Did you notice that when Miho the bassist was tapping she took her left hand off the bass and did the tapping with her right hand ony - very difficult to do, most bassists would need to use both left and right hands.
@MattFarkas3 жыл бұрын
I didn't notice that specifically, but I did notice how fluid and smooth it was. Like it was nothing for her, very impressive!

LOVEBITES - Holy War lyrics: Look at those black clouds, it’s going to rain blood People live in fear, covered in mud Singing oh Gloria to change the prophecy We are the metal warriors Fighting the darkness for sisters There is a thousand, a thousand of evils Hush, do not wake up Satan’s devils Singing Hallelujah to save our majesty We are the metal warriors Fighting the darkness for brothers Shining blade and burning heart Into the Gates of Hell we march Immortal soul, let there be light Into the Eye of Heaven Eagles at a holy war Fly higher than the sun We are one for all and all for one forevermore Kingdom of Heaven, never shall we fall Reincarnation, wait for your call Singing oh, Gloria to change the prophecy We are the metal warriors Fighting the darkness for sisters Morning star and dying moon Into the Gates of Hell we march Mighty soul, let there be hope Into the Eye of Heaven Eagles at a holy war Fly higher than the sun Stand up in the name of the God of heavy metal What do we live for?What do we fight for, tonight? But the world is beautiful, worth fighting for Only have one thing on our mind Facing the fate, holy war Singing Hallelujah to save our majesty We are the metal warriors Fighting the darkness for brothers Shining blade and burning heart Into the Gates of Hell we march Immortal soul, let there be light Into the Eye of Heaven Eagles at a holy war Fly higher than the sun We are one for all and for one forevermore What do we live for?What do we fight for, tonight? But the world is beautiful, worth fighting for Only have one thing on our mind Facing the fate, holy war ----- lyrics: LOVEBITES music: Mao arrangement: LOVEBITES

They have a total of 48 songs with one being a cover of Eagle fly free, this song doesn't have an mv in the original format, in fact, they only have 8 MV altogether. Not all bands are good live I can only name a few that were excellent live, everything they have is an amazing song whether audio version or MV and live they never disappoint as do many other bands that only has one maybe two good songs on an album, Lovebites on the other hand, has all songs in every EP and album epic and phenomenal

Hey! Sadly there is no video for this song. Every Live performance from them is pretty much like this, like you said flawless. In their older DVD's there are a few mistakes here and there but over time they have become better as a band and this DVD being from 2020 really shows how good they are now (this band is only 4 years old, how crazy is that!). And speaking of how good they are now, their newly released EP i would dare to say it's Lovebites at their best, it really is phenomenal, only problem is, it is only 5 songs! If you want something a bit more thrashy try "Break the Wall" Live 2020 If you want something different from them try "Edge of the World" Live 2020 Thanks for great review, stay safe!

It's funny you used the word flawless. I recently posted this about Lovebites...."I think Lovebites are the best metal band at the moment. Obviously, they are great musicians but their songwriting abilities are off the charts. They come at you in so many different styles and hit on all the styles I love, from traditional 80s heavy metal to power metal to thrash metal. I think they are flawless in every way. As for the drummer, I like to call her the mighty mite. She is only 4'9" but plays like a giant". I do enjoy their music videos but their live performances is where they really shine. The energy rolling off the stage is amazing. Any song you pick to react to is a winner. The ones I like to recommend are Break The Wall, Edge of the World, Thunder Vengence, Shadowmaker, and The Crusade.

Yeah, you're not going to find very many mistakes in Lovebites' live performances. I have two of their concert blu-rays, both of them are 2+ hour long sets, and I can probably count the number of missed notes I've noticed across both shows on one hand with a finger or two to spare. Their consistency is insane.
