Met Gino at a meet and greet in Dallas in 2015 and went to his concert in Pittsburgh in 2014. He puts on a great show!

I still listen to his music and enjoy the sound of every single music instrument. His voice is intact and he remains humble as always. I am glad to say that I had an amazing opportunity to attend his last concert in Beverly Hills and I fell in love with his music even more. Long live Gino! We love you!

I was totally in love with Gino’s music! Such a talent!! Ahhh the 70’s. I saw him in Pittsburgh twice: 1976 and 1979.

I would give something to be watching that show, this man is incredible, but the band he has is tremendous.

In my opinion Brother to Brother is the best album of the 20th century. Excellent songs first to last, great singing, exceptional musicians.

I have been a Gino fan since the early '70s and I'm very thrilled to finally get to see him here in Texas this June! Such a brilliant talented man in composing, singing, and stage presence.

Probably my favorite DVDs of Gino was a special he did for Canadian tv to promote his Album Canto! He opens up about the making of and song inspiration and how his life is intertwined! Interviews with his dialect and voice coach’s, and co singers! Also shows Gino’s personal side! A must for a real Gino Vannelli fan!

Thanks a lot, that was very interesting, I'm so glad to have an opportunity to hear an interview of Gino Vannelli !! I've got a funny story related to him we all love his music in my family, my uncle had just bought last Vanneli LP (I believe it was nightwalker), and was so glad that he listened to it a bit loud a new neighbour rang to complain about the noise while asking to my uncle to play the music softer, he said "wait, is that Gino Vannelli ??" "Yes yes, it's his new album !!" "wow, can I come in to listen to it ??" and they listened to the new album together 😂

Gino has created his own genre of music. Like STEELY Dan for example, no one sounds like him and no one can replicate his music. Pure, honest, sincere. Wow.

Break a leg Gino! Can't wait to see you in Arlington, Texas!
@milanarsenijevic66967 ай бұрын
What does this mean "you broke your leg Gino???
@joanne14687 ай бұрын
@@milanarsenijevic6696 LOL no it doesn't mean that, it means this: "What's the meaning of the phrase 'Break a leg'? The phrase 'break a leg' is a jovial encouragement, said to actors for good luck before they go on stage, especially on an opening night."

Such a shame Gino never got the recognition he deserve. 🥰👏👏👏 Even sadder is that we have people like bimbo Swift making billions of dollars with little or no talent. 😮💨😮💨😮💨

How old is this interview? Sounds like almost 15 years old since Live in LA was recorded 2014
@ericgittelman55518 ай бұрын
The interviewer seems a bit hung up on the one live album he did which I own the Blu-ray of. My understanding is this interview was extremely recently and I'll be at the show in 2 weeks in Houston. Great ACT seen him four or five times before. My first show was in New Orleans in the seventies and the very first concert I ever went to go see. Hell of a production back in the day
