I normally eat gherkins( tendli/ kundru) reluctantly, coz find it insipid. But this was superlative....it was a - YEH DIL MAANGEY MORE type of a vegetable. The gherkins were crisp and crunchy. However, I used mustard oil while making it. Super recipe.

Liked your recipe immensely. The reason being you always show vegetable recipes which are dry and not too much gravy, which is loved by us all.
