I have been a follower of Sonia’s for about 3 years. I have studied with a few classes on the website and have several of her books. What I would appreciate is for some of these Sunday videos to be geared toward the advanced followers/students. They mostly seem to be for newcomers. I always watch and I can find a tidbit to take away from it, but long for more advanced information, please. 😊

I would've thought with 3yrs of study under yr belt you wouldn't need to be so reliant on Sonia for your advanced learnings 😂 her videos help all levels of growth it just depends on where you are at ...it's obvious to me that your not fully committed to yr spiritual practice because yr spirit guides and intuition would be well developed and up an working for you on a daily basis that you wouldn't be demanding more advance teachings.. so be grateful, if that's not enough maybe you need to find another teacher to harass and demand from.

I had an intervention experience. I was getting ready for work one morning and had the feeling take out the recycle to the garage. I didn't normally do that when getting ready for work. In fact I almost ignored that feeling but proceeded to do so. As I went into the garage I could hear some noise coming from the electrical panel. I thought that's weird it shouldn't be making any noises. I called my husband to tell him about it and he told me to shut off the electricity to the house. We called an electrician and he said that there was no grounding connection and he was surprised that I even noticed a noise coming from the panel. I'm so glad that I listened because who knows what could have happened!

Had crazy dream. Impossible puzzle. Crises. Then someone doing bad came to my window and said he was worried about breathing. My pressure stopped and I just sent love and healing. I felt peace. Someone who was a rainbow bear inside talked with me. 3 different dreams in one night. I feel thankful for sending love and healing to one who is hurting so many. I don't know why I am crying now. We are never alone, our Higher Self/Soul/Inner Being, Angels, and Guides, are always focused on us. Our Higher Self is constantly focusing energy on where/what/how (the where we want to be, what we want to receive/manifest, and how to go about having our desire/need). We need to merely: Establish new habits and practices for being in a higher Vibrational state. This means 1st, we need to know, understand, and comprehend the "Universal Law of Attraction" and know it is Absolute. It is consistent and always, it is the greater part of the Divine Design. It defines that Our: "Thoughts + Feelings X Beliefs" = Our Energy Frequency = Our Manifested Reality we Experience Thoughts and Feelings are Energies that Vibrate on a Frequency. Positive Thoughts = Higher Vibration Negative Thoughts = Lower Vibration Making the choice to Master Our own Thoughts and Beliefs requires that we establish a habit of being: "Conscious in Thought" + "Applying Higher Mind" ie: "Present in the Now and choosing to use our Higher Mind" (The "Higher Mind, aka Mature Mind, aka Adult Mind" is where all Our Positive Thought Energies and Wisdom reside.) 🔑 The "Lower Mind, aka Ego Mind, aka Adolescent Mind" is where all the negative thought energies reside: ("fears, prejudices, doubts, judging self/others, accusing, insecurities, envy, jealousy, the Lackings: lack of self worth, self esteem, self confidence, etc".) Establishing the practice of being: 🔺"Conscious in Thought" + 🔺"Applying Higher Mind" are key achievements towards a consistent state of "Higher Vibe" A daily exercise of: 🔺 "Quieting the Mind aka Meditation" (15 - 20 minutes) is a value that "will result in the highest success and greatest state of Wellbeing". These 3 🔺's are the 🔑's to our desired state of Higher Vibe. NOTE: 🔺🔺🔺 a Reprogramming of the "Thoughts and Beliefs Program":aka "Subconscious Thought Program" is essential for all, required for most, to establish the Confidence in the reality of the "Universal Law of Attraction" and to establish a knowing of "Self Worthiness", ultimately meaning the "Knowing that I too can successfully practice and receive my more desired Experiences". My challenge is that several times I have followed what i thought was guidance only to have it be a huge disaster! I started a blog that I spent a considerable amount of time and money creating - only to have it fall apart because another blog stole my ideas and audience. I really believed with all my heart that I was being guided to start the perfect business for me. I have been try to find the lesson or blessing in it, but I just feel like a failure. I gave it 4 years of effort and recently shut it down completely. So now I don't jump to follow that feeling for fear of being wrong again...

I think it was back in the eighties, when I first came across this lady and her work. Then - and still now - I'd describe myself as someone sceptical, but open to changing my mind, should I come across better information or a different experience. She struck me as: kinda' cute; a little flaky. Anyway, those views changed at about the time when David Icke was first being mocked on TV etc, as I had what appeared to be a significant mystical experience. In the immediate aftermath, I was somewhat surprised to internally 'hear', apparent viable answers to - what I thought at the time were merely - idle musings. Longstoryshort: It quickly became apparent that I seemed to be being - somehow - nudged, even 'guided', always in beneficial ways. So, this old sceptic was convinced and Sonia is actually NOT 'slightly bonkers' as I first thought. Indeed, I've had a lot of time for her, for over thirty years now. I guess you could call me a convert - although it took a bit of doing. I STILL think she's 'kinda cute', though. :)

I thought I totally was until I went into psychosis with the information coming through. Being in such a high vibration that i literally get like I was floating, I was naive to think that the mind isn’t capable of making all kinds of crazy stuff up even in this state. The mind is a complex organ. Believing this stuff made me literally go in psychosis. Dangerous stuff.

@@karabean I feel a lot of mixed emotions. At the moment i only believe in energy work and as far as god I have always called god and universal energy as the same so that hasn’t changed. Outside of this I don’t speak to any particular entity or Jesus although I enjoy the lessons and insight from the stories. I guess I just look at all things with a sharper discerning whether it is energy that’s deceptive and controlling or acceptable naturally in my energetic field. I feel more at peace with no longer wishing I was with a different family than the blessed family I have right now. It is possible to be balanced in both belief and discernment.

Hi Sonia, my name is Sheila and I live in Minnesota. I just discovered your channel and have subscribed. I have a question for you. I am 58 years old and I still have my imaginary friend from childhood. In the last 3 years, I gave her a name, it Alexandria. That is also one of my favorite names. All of that aside, how do I learn whether or not she is one of my spirit guides or angels? When I was a kid and my family went on long car rides to different places, she would run her rear end off just outside of our car no matter what speed we were going. I felt that she should be in the car with me so just my thought suggestion to her to come in, would be enough for her to enter and sit by me. It was great.
