I love the game but it felt like the music department was lazy. Like this game is for the Sega CD. The possibilities for music selection is endless yet the only use 16-bit music and worse, most songs are already existing 16-bit Sonic Songs. I want to play this game but only if I can make my own soundtrack for this game.

Along with Sonic 2 Retro Remix, I love this hack. I ain't crazy about 3.0 version because the "B" word was involved in one of the levels. And do not get me started on Sonic 1 Remastered because stronger profanity are seen at the end credits and I would say "WHAAAAAAAAAAT?".

The leaked, unfinished 5.0a build from 2011 (but leaked in 2014) has a visual sound test. It will tell you the name of every music theme in the game, plus let you mess with the tempo, among other things.

You should see that Sonic Generation Mod where sonic unleashes his true speed. It will bother you more. With that said ask yourself: "Is Sonic mean't to be a videogame character?" I think he has the cut.
