Sonic 2 Alternate OST - Title Screen

Sonic 2 Alternate is a hypothetical soundtrack for if I made Sonic 2's music. I love Leila Wilson's fanmade one, so I wanted to do one as well.
I've started songs for this playlist already. I wanted to do Sonic and Knuckles' Alt OST, but John Tay got to it just as I started, so this will do instead.
