After watching this, I think I might try making Shadow sculpture with air-dryed clay. Also here's a tip I learned from channels that do experiments, resin are pretty dense and its pressure can break hollow objects after it dries.

I work with epoxy resin and at the moment they poured the resin into the capsule I was like HOLD TF UP oh- But this is an amazing artwork!! I enjoyed every single second ♥♥♥

Well, look on the bright side, doctor Gerald robotnik actually created androids. You can actually keep that other piece and make it seem like as if it was one of the androids that was destroyed. I would advise you to take the advice of Bob Ross there are no mistakes just happy little accidents. You can keep It side by side and have it as an Android that was defective, take this advice for future projects. Amazing job, keep up the good work.
