Awesome Mix! Typically, I play along with a bunch of classic sonic songs on guitar, and S3&K's final boss was no exception.... But when I heard that you pitched the chorus (0:45) down by one octave, I had to try bringing it down on the guitar as well. It sounds epic, especially when I play along with your mix.

What if in an alternate timeline, Sonic 3 was a much smaller, complete game like Sonic 2? While in one cartridge, from Angel Island to Doomsday Zones. And released in late 1993. While it never had any planning stages as an isometric game(like 3D Blast). While Nakamura Masato made the game's music like in Sonic 1 & 2(without hiring Michael Jackson, so no legal issues). How'd the game have looked and sounded like? How history have played out for the Sonic franchise? Imagine living in that parallel universe with altered memories and point of views.

This theme *cemented* that Eggman.. having had enough of getting battered & beaten constantly by Sonic every time they clashed, decides to *pull out his trump card* in an attempt to destroy him once & for all. & given as how this played twice in both Sonic 3's Final Stage on a catwalk below the Death Egg & again in the central hangerbay where Sonic was *mere inches away from catching him* (by couldn't on account of Eggman being quite faster to outrun Sonic dispite him being seen as hyperspeed sadly) busts out using the Death Egg Robot (which was powered by the Master Emerald he stole btw) to dispatch his arch nemesis. (see both games to know more about that) ...in the end however try as he might, Eggman would fall in both these moments. ...his mark on both however? would be *left to stick* though. 😐
