It’s like these bosses are Robotnik’s early builds that are still in beta. Like the cutting room floor of what designs he ended up not using in other, better games. My personal favourite was the third form, with the guns that shoot those little hyper bouncy balls you get in gumball machines.

I've come to a realization looking back at this game. You know how there was ntsc and pal? and how everything not ntsc on sega genesis got nerfed to 50 fps? This game was made by an english dev team. which means all the timings including the sound cues were probably timed to 50 fps instead of 60!

Isometric is really killing Brett. Maybe it's because I've played Mario RPG a bit too much, but I wouldn't say the perspective is _that_ difficult. I would say that about the rest though. Not many rings in these final areas, huh Sega. Plus that Sonic momentum takes some getting used to.

Alright I’ll say it. I like Jared Leto. I’ve liked his acting since he played Nick Cage’s brother in Lord of War. My only complaint with Suicide Squad was there wasn’t enough Joker. I still listen to 30 Seconds to Mars. Even I think his cameo in the Snyder Cut trailer was gratuitous though.

Look, Ima keep it real, that Spider-Man 2 game where Tobey Mcguire had to pull the train so hardt he farted from his lips was what made Mysterio pop for me. The way the game play worked for his arc in the game, and the game show he made that's kinda like American Ninja Warrior, but with laser cannons, was p sick. Then the burning theater and having to swing on robots all the way to space invading alien Statue of Liberty. Mysterio's sick if you suspend your disbelief enough. And then the end of that arc is literally just defeating Mysterio by knocking over with one punch in a 7-11, bc he's so weak was hilarious.

I sincerely love Morbius (the Comics Code is the reason why he's science based, because at the time classic vampires weren't allowed, so he's a neat relic of that era of comics, and the recent-ish solo comic written by Joe Keatinge is great), but buddy, I am not looking forward to that flick.

Lads I love ye, but seeeeeriously, Brett you were ham fisting the fecking bejeezus out of the controls for the entirety of the last zone and 2 bosses. The isometric view and controls take some getting used to but they’re NOT that hard 😜 I’m a fecking dumbass, so if I can clear this game when I was a dumbass kid with relative ease, there’s no excuse for that final performance. IMHO, Jared Leto is massively overrated and frankly not that good of an actor to justify being in everything nor his method-actor bullshit behavior on the set of Suicide Squad. And while I found Morbius interesting in the '90s Spider-Man cartoon (despite the stupid Saturday Morning Cartoon stuff they had to do to get past the censors) but I don't know if I'd call him my favorite Spider-Man villain nor do I think he's like, right behind Venom and Carnage to get a solo movie. Like, Mysterio, Doc Ock, Sandman, Vulture, those are solo movies, not Morbius.

Sonic 3D Blast IS a good game. You three are just not used to playing it, or aren't that great at it, in general. Don't blame the game for the mistakes made by the player. That's a downward spiral to disliking all the good gems out there simply because YOU can't do it.
