First how you get sonic and tails?

Cheat code. On the character select (this only works if you hit Game Start), you highlight Sonic and press up, then Tails and press down, then Knuckles and press L, then Amy and press R, then go back to Sonic and press Start. If you did it right, you should hear a ring noise and have Tails follow Sonic a la Sonic 2.

NASCAR2011ROX Select sonic on the character select screen then press up, right, down, right, L, right, R right, A, if you hear a ring noise then you've done it right.
