First mission is the normal mission. Second mission is collect 100 rings. Third mission is find the lost chao. Fourth mission is a timed version of the first mission. Last mission is hard mode. The unlock is an emblem for A Ranks which is why the counter goes from 166 to 168.

I mean considering there's a time freezing mechanic, you think there would be some kind of gimmick where you have to manage the time limit and prevent the clock from ticking

Knuckles’ part is the hardest one. I used to struggle with Eggman’s especially with the blocks, but now I’ve gotten better at that and so I am trying to get Sonic.😅Man I find it so hard to move quickly underwater. I got the air necklace so that’s good, but I just have trouble moving fast to reach the switch to stop time.

MajoraZ if you run away from the time stop switches fast enough they despawn but time stays frozen!!

I think you have to play the mystic melody in each character's part up to Sonics but I'm not sure (didn't beat this mission when I played the game)
