I noticed you didn't mention the jump cancel you do before you charge the spindash. without the jump cancel the trick becomes way less consistent and you will die way more often

If you spindash into the line at an angle it makes the clipping more consistent

An issue I kept running into as well is having the hover launch me more vertical then horizontal resulting in a much more awkward angle to try and land on the coins

When im on the rings there seems to be some kind of height barrier I cant get any height on the spin dash jump i dont know how your floating upward im trying to mimic exactly what your controller says
